AS Sudbury dock builders we use pontoon floats made from a heavy duty polyethylene material that is specifically designed to resist ice pressures when left in the water. Encased in the shell is a high density foam with an industry leading 3% by volume absorption rate.

Give us the size and we will prepare our pontoon floats filled with our 3% absorption rate high density foam. Our do-it-yourself packages are pre-drilled and ready to assemble. All you have to supply is the decking material to complete your project.

Elliot Lake Docks and Barges

We like to build docks that can be multi-functional. If you are a cottage or home owner that has a need for a pontoon barge to move materials and equipment then why not “kill two birds with one stone”. When it is not employed as a barge it serves as a dock extension. Other uses can include it being used as a raft, fishing platform, or even a party deck.

Our float come in two sizes 12″ x 24″ and 22″ x 24″ x any length required. Normally the 12″ x 24″ floats are used for docks while the larger floats are used for barges and other application needing additional capacity.
